2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you book a call or contact us by email, we receive your name, email address, and any details you share in your message.

Information collected automatically. If you consent to analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 (GA4) collects anonymized data such as pages viewed, approximate location (city/country), device type, and traffic source. We do not collect this data without your consent.

No sensitive categories. We do not knowingly collect health data, financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, or any other sensitive personal information.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to inquiries and deliver services you requested.
• To understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it (analytics, only with consent).
• To send service-related communications — never unsolicited marketing without your opt-in.

6. Third-party services

We use Google Analytics 4 (operated by Google LLC). When analytics consent is granted, data is processed by Google subject to Google's privacy policy. We have no advertising or remarketing tags on this site.

Email correspondence is retained for up to 3 years for business records. Analytics data is retained for 14 months as configured in GA4. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

8. International transfers

Our servers and service providers (including Google) may process data in the United States or other countries. By using this site you acknowledge this. We take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

9. Children

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
